LASER ENGRAVED GLASS:
Laser engraving glass can be tricky, but Blue Line Custom Gifts has mastered this material and have had many satisfied customers who have ordered whiskey glasses (also known as low balls), wine glasses, decanters, and more. We can customize your glass with your badge, patch, name, badge number, company logo, funny text, or anything else you can think of.
LASER ENGRAVED TUMBLERS
Laser engraved tumblers is by far one of our top two sellers. We are guessing that engraved tumblers are popular because they can be used on a daily basis and it's a great item to show your pride in our profession or in your business. Blue Line Custom Gifts currently carries RTIC, Polar Camel, and Intrepid. We also engrave Yeti's and other off brands when customers ask or bring in their own items. Our tumblers come in black, navy blue, red, white, and stainless steel. We carry and do other colors as well, but these are our most popular colors. Most of the tumblers can be double-sided in which we place a design on both sides.
SLATE COASTERS
Talk about a great product to use for a company promotion, gifts to an entire department at the annual department meeting, or simply as a gift to add to your office or home decor. Our slate coasters are approximately 4"x4" in size and engrave very nicely. Engraved slate coasters can either be used as their intended purpose, or showcased on your desk or bookshelf. Have your badge, patch, insignia, business logo, or any other design engraved into the coasters. Get just one, a set of four, or do bulk. We have them in square and round.
MEMORIAL FIRST RESPONDER AND K9 PLAQUES
One of the other most popular items we custom make are our laser engraved memorial plaques for first responders and police K9s. These plaques are approximately 12" x 10" and are made of slate. Each plaque is unique in the texture. Our engraved memorial plaques will typically showcase the fallen first responder or K9 along with their department badge and patch, as well their name, department, and EOW date. These plaques are also great retirement gifts to honor a long career in public service. The reason we started Blue Line Custom Gifts was to make these plaques to honor the lives and sacrifices that these honorable men and women have made. We created a program known as "Plaques for Heroes" that we will detail in another blog post.
ENGRAVED CHALLENGE COINS
Laser engraved challenge coins are also great retirement gifts. We do a lot of engraved challenge coins and most are used for this reason. A lot of customers also have challenge coins engraved for memorials to keep memories of their loved ones on them at all times. Our challenge coins come in brass, stainless steel, and anodized aluminum. Each brass or stainless steel coin are deep engraved and take approximately three hours to engrave.
ENGRAVED METAL MEMORIAL BANDS BRACELETS
Wearing an engraved memorial bracelet is a great way to honor a fallen first responder or military personnel. Just like our other custom engraved items, we will engrave any text on your bracelet and can add a badge, patch, military insignia, or any other image. These laser engraved anodized aluminum black memorial bracelets come in standard size of 7" x .5" which fits most people. They are also .05" thick which makes them very durable and long lasting.
3D CRYSTALS
You want to talk about something that is cool and unique? Check out our 3D crystal engravings! We will turn any photo of yours into a 3D model and engrave it INSIDE a piece of crsytal. We have several different shapes and sizes including rectangles, cut corner, heart, dog bone, Christmas ornaments, and more. Our 3D crystals have the most detail then any other 3D crystal on the market. Add one of our optional light bases to make your engraved 3D crystal even more stunning. ENGRAVED WOOD
Whether you are looking for something small like a Christmas ornament, or something big such as a plaque, we have you covered when it comes to engraving wood. Engraved wood can either be stained, paint filled, or left plain - it's up to you. We can also add color with powder coat and also encase it in epoxy resin. One of our biggest request is our engraved retirement wood flag plaque. We do a "distressed" version of the flag implementing a badge or patch into the flag. We also do a Blue Line and Red Line versions utilizing powder coat and then encasing the wood flag in clear epoxy resin to make it pop even more.
ENGRAVED AWARD PLAQUES
We have been honored to make numerous award plaques for first responders when they have been recognized for their exemplary services We have access to numerous different types of crystal, acrylic, and wood plaques which are not show cased on our site. If you are looking for a unique award or plaque, let us know and we will provide options that fit your needs. Several departments have fallen in love with out engraved slate plaques for these important recognitions. The slate plaques are unique and each one is different. We carry these in sizes of 12"x10", 8"x10" and 4"x6".
ENGRAVED FROST BUDDY
Blue Line Custom Gifts is an authorized dealer of the infamous Frost Buddy! We have access to almost every Frost Buddy product that is made, but we actively stock the first responder and military branded Frost Buddy's as well as plain colors (black, blue, red) that we custom engrave. We also actively stock our home town teams of the Minnesota Wild and Minnesota Gophers. The Universal Frost Buddy can cooler not only holds multiple different sizes of cans, but can hold bottles as well. No more need for multiple can coolers to fit all the different types of cans. All you need is a Universal Frost Buddy!
ENGRAVED FIREMAN'S AXE
One of our favorite projects to engrave is the fireman's axe. Our most popular one is a deep engrave fireman's axe as shown below. These are perfect retirement gifts for your brave firefighter. Add text, badge, patch, etc. to a flaming scroll background. These are a conversation starter when they are displayed proudly in your home or office. These engraved axes can be simply done on one side, or both sides.
As a first responder, we know how important it is to get every detail as possible in our engravings of badges and patches. First responders are very proud of their profession and the way we can honor that is to get the details right in our engravings of badges and patches.

All of our sales benefit our "Plaques for Heroes" campaign. To honor the service and sacrifice of our brave men and women who are killed in the line of duty, we send an engraved plaque of the fallen hero to their family at no cost to them. We are not able to do every single fallen hero, but we send out as many as we can. It is our way of giving back and honoring their service and sacrifice. We welcome anyone that wants to sponsor a specific fallen hero to have a plaque sent to their family.
