Officer Kristin Yeager - Central Berks Regional Police Department - Pennsylvania

On May 29, 2026, just before 8:00 p.m., Officer Kristin Yeager of the Central Berks Regional Police Department (Pennsylvania) was responding to an emergency call.

While responding to this emergency call, Officer Yeager was killed in an automobile crash near the intersection of W Philadelphia Avenue and Manatawny Road in Earl Township.  She was responding to assist a neighboring agency.

Officer Yeager was ejected from her patrol car after it left the roadway and struck a tree. She was transported to a local hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Officer Yeager had served with the Central Berks Regional Police Department for two and a half years. Survivors include her husband and three children.  Our prayers and condolences go out to Officer Yeager's family at home and at the Central Berks Regional Police Department.
