After ordering please message us with a picture of the design (badge and/or patch) you want used. All custom designed tumblers are final sale and cannot be returned. We do our best to make sure there are no defects to the product before shipping out a final product. Please make sure all spelling is correct as we laser engrave exactly what you send us and will not be responsible for errors in spelling. Please ask any and all questions as once it has been lasered, it cannot be altered in any way. Mock ups are sent prior to engraving to make sure everything is correct. Thank you.

Note: Returns are not accepted due to personalization, but if items are damaged in shipping, we'll gladly remake them if you supply a photo of the broken item!
